Who is responsible
GlennGO is a digital solutions studio operated by Glenn Gómez, based in Veracruz, Mexico. We serve clients across Mexico and remote clients in the United States. For any privacy matter you can write to glenn@glenngo.com.
What data this site collects
This site uses no tracking cookies and sells no data to third parties. The only data we can receive is what you voluntarily hand us: your name, email address and the message you write in the contact form; any messages you send via WhatsApp to our published number; and your email when you write to us directly.
What we use it for
We use that data exclusively to answer your inquiry, prepare your business diagnosis and follow up commercially if you ask us to. We do not share your information with third parties for advertising purposes. There are no mailing lists without your explicit consent.
Active clients
The systems we build for clients run on client-separated databases, on our own GlennGO-managed infrastructure. Each business's operational data belongs to that business: it is never shared across clients or with third parties, and it is deleted or handed over at the end of the commercial relationship, as agreed.
Third-party tools involved
When you contact us via WhatsApp, the processing of your number and messages is also governed by that platform's policies. The AI systems we operate work with the business information each client chooses to integrate, under supervision and confidentiality rules agreed per project.
Your rights
At any time, by writing to glenn@glenngo.com, you can ask us to: give you access to the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. We handle these requests personally and promptly.
